Asking For & Accepting Help
Caregiver Connections is an informal and inclusive support group for caregivers. Moms, Dads, Grandparents, and ALL Family Caregivers are welcome to attend.
Each month, we focus on one aspect of self-care, but discussion is open and flexible depending on the needs of each individual. We look forward to getting to know you and helping you find connection with others who "get it". Caregiver Connections is also a great opportunity to ask for resources and/or advice from other caregivers.
